  • Vessel should have sufficient coolant for propane and butane prior arrival at load port.

B. Terms & Conditions :

1.

Total Laytime

120 hours total SHINC basis 1 to 1 load/discharge port
144 hours total SHINC basis 1 to 2 load/discharge port
Vessel shall not tender N.O.R. prior to first day of laydays/ cancelling unless otherwise instructed/ sanctioned by charterers. However, if charterers sanction vessel to tender notice of readiness earlier than the first day of the agreed layday/cancelling in the charter party, laytime shall count when vessel is all fast alongside.

Early loading clause: if charterers allow vessel to load earlier than laycan, time from all fast until commencement of laytime or completion of loading whichever first occurred, shall be calculated as half laytime

in USD Lumpsum Basis 1 : 1 or 1:2 (incl. Withholding Tax, Canal Cost if any, Port Cost, AWRP, Armed Guard, STS Cost at Discharge Port any other cost related to Owner’s responsibility but excluding VAT)

Demurrage Rate

in USD PDPR (incl. Withholding Tax)

Charterers shall be discharged and released from all liability in respect of any charges/ claims owners may send to charterers under this charter, unless any such charges/claims have been received by charterers in writing within 45 (fourty-five) days from completion of discharge of the cargo concerned under this charter.

Charterers shall promptly notify the owners of any objections to any demurrage claim under this charter party. unless the owners have received such notification within 45 (fourty-five) days after the charterers' receipt of the claim, the charterers shall be deemed to have waived objection to the claim which shall be deemed accepted by the charterers as presented.

Comm Structure

2.5% Address Commission to Charterers on Freight/ Demurrage (If Any) deductible at source

8.

Term of Payment (Mandatory, Non-Negotiable)

Freight shall be paid in U.S. Dollars within 14 (fourteen) banking days upon completion of discharge and completed invoicing documents (as below) received by Charterer.

  1. Letter of Appointment and Fixture Recap.
  2. Invoice.
  3. Original tax form and/or COR (Country of Residence Certificate) with fiscal current year - for the purposes of compliance with country tax regulation.
  4. B/L (Bill of Lading).

Demurrage and additional cost requirement shall be paid in U.S. dollars within 14 (fourteen) banking days upon completion of discharge and completed invoicing documents (as below) received by Charterer.

  1. Invoice.
  2. Original tax form and/or COR (Country of Residence Certificate) with fiscal current year - for the purposes of compliance with country tax regulation.
  3. Signed Charter Party (by both parties).
  4. Agreed value/calculation of value from Pertamina International Shipping (which has been agreed by both parties)

9.

Charter Party Administration Clause

 

Charter party terms and conditions are evidenced by the fixture confirmation via cable, telex, electronic mail or facsimile approved (by answering cable, telex, electronic mail, facsimile) by both owner and charterer. The formal written charter party shall be signed by owner and charterer. The owner and/or owner's broker shall prepare a charter party as modified by the fixture recap. This should be completed within 14 days after the date of fixture recap.

10.

Free Pratique

If free pratique is not granted within 6 hours of the master tendering NOR, through no fault of owners, agents or those on board the vessel, the master shall issue a protest in writing (NOP) to the port of authority and the facility at the port (terminal) failing which laytime or, if the vessel is on demurrage, demurrage shall only commence when free pratique is granted.

11.

Conoco Weather Clause

Delays in berthing for loading and discharging and any delays after berthing which are due to weather conditions shall count as fifty:fifty laytime or if on demurrage, at demurrage rate.

12.

Crew List

Owners will state if the crews are not included in the sanctions list and willing to provide indemnity in the event of a violation.

13.

Agent

Owners to appoint Charterers nominated agents provided competitive

Vessel should be ready to perform the voyage without bunkering in laden passage.

15.

When submitting the offer, please also attach vessel docs (Q88, Gas Form C, P&I, ISSC, CLC, CLBC), last three cargoes, updated class survey status, SIRE report, updated crew matrix, tank configuration, and stowage plan max loadable basis 50% C3 : 50% C4 split.

16.

Charterer may take more than one vessel for this enquiry.

17.

One Broker can offer maximum 3 vessels.

18.

Subject to Terminal and Charterer’s Management Approval.
