Jakarta, April 16, 2025 – Jakarta Pertamina Enduro (JPE) has officially signed one of the world's top opposites, Jordan Thompson. This internationally accomplished player will strengthen the JPE team in the 2025 Proliga continuation. Thompson is set to play in the Final Four round to bring her world-class experience and achievements to the JPE squad.
Jordan Thompson, a 27-year-old player standing 193 cm tall, is known as a sharp opposite hitter with impressive achievements on the international stage. She made history by winning a gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and a silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, where she was the top scorer for her team in the final match against Italy.
At the club level, Thompson has played for top European teams such as Fenerbahçe, Eczac谋ba艧谋 VitrA, Vero Volley Milano, and Vak谋fBank S.K. In 2025, she was named MVP and Opposite Attacker of the Year in League One Volleyball (LOVB).

Coach of JPE, Bulent Karslioglu, added, “Thompson is a player with a championship mentality. She brings the international experience our team needs to face the pressure and the Final Four competition.”
Separately, VP of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, shared his hopes that with Jordan Thompson joining, JPE can further improve its performance in this year’s Proliga.
