Semarang, March 14, 2025 – 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero) is strengthening synergy among all its sub-holdings and subsidiaries to face the industry's dynamic challenges and meet the community’s energy needs.
Director of Logistics & Infrastructure of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Alfian Nasution, reassures the company's commitment to maintaining national energy resilience, particularly in preparing for the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) 2025 Task Force.
"We must ensure a smooth energy distribution despite the challenges ahead. From fuel to gas availability, everything must be well-maintained so that those traveling for the Eid homecoming can do so comfortably and safely," Alfian stated at the 1446 H Safari Ramadan event organized by Pertamina in Semarang (March 13, 2025).
The Safari Ramadan, themed "Harmony in Connecting Energy," serves as a gathering platform and a moment to strengthen solidarity while reinforcing Pertamina’s role in serving the community by providing reliable and sustainable energy.
On this occasion, Alfian encouraged all Pertamina employees to stay motivated and focused on their duties despite facing significant challenges.

As part of the Safari Ramadan series, Pertamina also held a Board Greeting session to address employees' concerns about the company’s future. The event was attended by Finance Director of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Emma Sri Martini, President Director of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Gas Negara (PGN), Arief Setiawan Handoko, and Finance Director of PGN, Fadjar Harianto Widodo.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, explained that during the Board Greeting, which gathered millennial and Gen Z employees from various sub-holdings in Semarang, the board provided strategic direction, company updates, and insights to all Pertamina employees.
"Through this forum, the company fosters more open and inclusive communication between management and employees. Management also wants to ensure that every employee understands their role and contribution in achieving the company’s strategic goals, especially in serving the community," he said.
Additionally, as a form of social responsibility, Pertamina provided donations to 12 foundations supporting orphans and underprivileged communities.
"The assistance was distributed directly by Pertamina for those in need as an expression of gratitude and solidarity," Fadjar concluded.
