Jakarta, April 14, 2025 – Concluding the Ramadan and Idul Fitri Task Force (Satgas) period, which ran from March 17 to April 14, 2025, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Pertamina (Persero) has ensured secure energy distribution while also offering various product and service promotions to enhance public comfort. Multiple services were initiated, including increased service points along homecoming and tourist routes, as well as promotions on various Pertamina products.
Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Pertamina Communication Officer, stated that during the Satgas period, there was an increase in MyPertamina digital service utilization. MyPertamina users increased by up to 45% compared to the Ramadan and Idul Fitri 2024 Satgas period. Meanwhile, transactions rose by up to 50%, both in terms of daily transaction volume and transaction value. Barcode utilization for Pertalite and Biosolar products also rose significantly—265% for Pertalite and 17% for Biosolar—compared to the 2024 Ramadan–Idul Fitri Satgas period.

We launched various promotional programs to make the Lebaran moment more comfortable for Pertamina products’ users," said Ratih at the Pertamina Press Conference in Jakarta on Monday (14/4).
Ratih revealed that during the Ramadan–Idul Fitri 2025 Satgas period, more than 27,000 visitors tried the services at 27 Serambi MyPertamina units. The highest number of visitors in the Java Toll Road rest areas occurred during the peak of the homecoming traffic before the Eid holiday on March 29, 2025.
Pertamina provided five main Serambi MyPertamina units at Java Toll Road rest areas, 11 units along tourist routes, eight Mini Serambi units at airports, one Mini Serambi unit at a port, and two Mini Serambi units at toll road rest areas.
To assist people in need of fuel services but located far from petrol stations, Pertamina also offered additional distribution facilities called Modular, which provided Gasoline products (Pertamax and Pertamax Turbo) as well as Gasoil products (Pertamina Dex and Dexlite). During the Ramadan and Idul Fitri 2025 Satgas period, Pertamina Modular units served nearly 51,000 vehicles. In addition, Pertamina also provided packaged products, known as Kiosk services, to 1,683 vehicles.
