Jakarta, April 25, 2025 – Pertamina is once again supporting Indonesia’s biggest and most prestigious scooter racing event, the 2025 Scooter Prix, which will be held over five rounds at the Sentul International Karting Circuit.

The first round will take place on April 26–27, 2025; the second on June 28–29, 2025; the third on August 9–10, 2025; the fourth round on October 11–12, 2025; and the fifth on November 29–30, 2025.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that Pertamina is committed to advancing Indonesia's automotive ecosystem. “Pertamina is becoming part of the Scooter Prix competition as a form of support for empowering communities, motorsport talent, and the automotive culture in Indonesia,” Fadjar explained.

According to Fadjar, Pertamina's support for the 2025 Scooter Prix is also based on the high public enthusiasm for scooter racing. Indonesia has even hosted similar international-scale events and attracted fans from various countries.

“At this event, Pertamina is also educating the public on road safety and young talent development as part of our support for sustainable automotive practices for the community,” said Fadjar.

Meanwhile, Corporate Brand Manager of Pertamina, Andar Titi Lestari, expressed optimism that Pertamina's support for this year’s Scooter Prix will bring even more excitement. She also highlighted the significant economic impact on local communities as a major plus for Pertamina.

“Last year, the euphoria was highly positive, and the multiplier effect on the community was also great. We are always optimistic that this event’s economic impact on the community will be favorable. Hopefully, this year will be even more festive,” said Andar at a press conference in Jakarta on April 21, 2025.

Andar mentioned that this scooter racing event can be a valuable platform for young people and the racers involved. In the future, it could help young talents develop their creativity positively.

“This event will give rise to more talented individuals, who may progress from the domestic and national levels to international competitions. We hope that all community members can bring recognition not only to their communities but also to themselves,” she added.

In addition, Pertamina is also committed to consistently providing high-quality products such as environmentally friendly fuel. Andar hopes that through this event, the scooter community can help educate the public on the importance of using eco-friendly fuel.

“This collaboration also serves as an opportunity to educate the public on using environmentally friendly fuel for their vehicles. We hope the participating communities and racers can help convey the message to the public about the importance of eco-friendly fuel, as well as high-quality fuel for vehicles,” she concluded.
