Jakarta, May 11, 2024 - As part of the Subholding Commercial & Trading of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Patra Niaga, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail strives to improve performance and reliability in managing petrol stations. Following the commitment to expand the petrol station network, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail introduced a Cooperation Operation (KSO) management scheme with DODO (Dealer Owned Dealer Operated) Petrol Stations.

Vice President of Commercial of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail, Edith Indra Triyadi, stated that this collaboration concept aims to enhance the quality of service and the image of Pertamina's petrol stations. "The collaboration will be implemented with a scheme that will benefit both parties," she explained.

In this operational collaboration, Edith added, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail will provide investment support for DODO Petrol Stations in several aspects, namely in finance management, fuel management/operation, Non-Fuel Retail Business (NFR), infrastructure renewal, and digitalization optimization of petrol stations.

"There are two operational cooperation systems, namely TAC (Technical Assistance Contract) Petrol Station KSO and the Full Operate Petrol Station. Through these collaboration schemes, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail will provide different forms of assistance and contribution. In Full Operate Petrol Stations, Pertamina Retail will take full responsibility for the petrol station's operations. While in the TAC collaboration, DODO Petrol Station partners will have a role in the operations," Edith added.

In the TAC collaboration, the contract is made with a minimum period of one year. DODO Petrol Stations will receive guidance and assistance from 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail's team at the petrol stations. Furthermore, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail will also take part in fuel ordering and transparent financial management, thus reducing the working capital previously borne by DODO Petrol Station partners.

Meanwhile, in the Full Operate scheme, the collaboration contract can be made for a minimum period of five years. 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Retail will provide a certain amount of investment for infrastructure renewal and petrol stations’ improvement, considering the aspects of appropriate business feasibility studies.
