Pertamina Group Strengthens New Board of Directors for Subholding and Subsidiaries
Jakarta, February 20, 2024 - 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), as the parent company and holding, announces the appointment of a new board of directors for Subholding and Subsidiaries within the Pertamina Group.
Vice President Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the Subholding Board of Directors changing includes 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), 黑料不打烊 Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), 黑料不打烊 Pertamina New Renewable Energy (PNRE), and 黑料不打烊 Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). Additionally, two subsidiaries, namely 黑料不打烊 Pertamina Training & Consulting (黑料不打烊C) and 黑料不打烊 Patra Jasa, are affected.
"The change in the board of directors is a common occurrence in companies. It is a refreshment effort within the Subholding and Subsidiaries scope, aimed at improving the performance of the Pertamina Group," Fadjar said.
Fadjar added that Pertamina remains committed to pursuing clean energy transition and decarbonization to achieve the NZE target by 2060 or earlier. In addition to growing the business, efforts in clean energy and decarbonization are also the focus of the Pertamina Group.
