Pertamina Ensures Energy Availability and Smooth Distribution for Eid al-Fitr 2025
Jakarta, March 27, 2025 - Pertamina ensures readiness, availability, and smooth distribution of energy, including fuel, LPG, and aviation fuel, during the Eid al-Fitr 2025 period. It was conveyed by Deputy CEO of Pertamina, Wiko Migantoro, during a press conference at Grha Pertamina, Central Jakarta, on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Wiko stated that all sectors of Pertamina, from upstream to downstream, are ready to serve the public, especially during Eid al-Fitr 2025. In the upstream sector, Pertamina continues to operate in oil production, contributing 69 percent of the total national production. The gas sector also remains operational, supplying gas to industries and the power sector.
In the midstream sector, Pertamina's refineries will continue to operate throughout the holiday. The transportation sector also remains active, with vessels to distribute energy across the country.
Wiko added that Pertamina has prepared petrol stations along the main routes used by travelers. Modular petrol stations and the Pertamina Delivery Service (motorists) are on standby to ensure the comfort and safety of those embarking on their homecoming journeys.
"We are also providing additional services with the MyPertamina lounge and various promotional activities to enhance the joy of the homecoming season," he said.
Furthermore, Wiko assured the public of Pertamina's quality and accurate measurement products. He guaranteed that Pertamina's fuel quality complies with government regulations and specifications.
"Recently, we conducted extensive quality testing, supported by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, covering approximately 79 percent of our total 7,800 petrol stations. The test results were positive in terms of both quality and measurement accuracy. The public does not need to worry about the quality of our fuel," Wiko emphasized.
Wiko also expressed gratitude for the support from all parties in maintaining national energy security. "We strive to uphold public trust by providing even better services during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr," he concluded.
