UMK Academy is Pertamina’s MSME development program, which improves product quality and business management. It features four key curricula: Go Modern, which helps MSMEs adopt modern business practices; Go Digital, which introduces and integrates digital technology into business operations; Go Online, which helps MSMEs leverage online platforms for marketing and sales; and Go Global, which prepares MSMEs to enter international markets.
