Cirebon, March 28, 2025 – The Eid al-Fitr homecoming season is a highly anticipated moment for many people to reunite with their families in their hometowns. In response, 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero) continues its operations and remains vigilant in meeting the needs of the public, particularly for travelers throughout their journey.
One example is Alwi Awaludin, a Pertamina Delivery Service Motorist stationed at the Pertamina petrol station in Rest Area KM 207A on the Palimanan - Kanci Toll Road. He remains on standby at the rest area, ready to assist travelers who run out of fuel on the toll road.
"I have regularly served as a Motorist during the Eid al-Fitr season. Once, a vehicle ran out of fuel at KM 208. The driver could not refuel earlier because the rest area was temporarily closed due to overcrowding. Travelers only need to contact the Pertamina Call Center at 135, and I will deliver the fuel to their location, escorted by the police," Alwi explained.
For Alwi, the job is highly beneficial, especially in emergencies.
"It is a fulfilling experience to help. We do our best to assist travelers in need. Even though I cannot celebrate Lebaran with my family, this is a duty and responsibility with great impact—helping travelers reunite with their loved ones in their hometowns," Alwi said.
Similarly, Wawan, a Pertamina subsidized LPG truck driver operating in the Ciayumajakuning region (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, Kuningan), stated that during the homecoming period, he and his colleagues remain on standby to deliver LPG from the Bulk LPG Filling Station (SPBE) to distribution points before being supplied to the public.
"It is our duty and responsibility to ensure that LPG remains available for the community. Moreover, the LPG supply increased during the Lebaran holiday period," Wawan said.
To ensure Pertamina’s services run optimally, the Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Yuliot Tanjung, personally inspected Pertamina’s fuel and LPG supply and distribution in Cirebon on Friday, March 28, 2025.
The inspection was conducted at Pertamina Rest Area KM 207A petrol station, Ciayumajakuning Gas SPBE, and Sukini LPG distribution point.
Also present during the visit were the Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas), Erika Retnowati, Director General of Electricity at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Jisman P. Hutajulu, and Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Director of Business Planning and Development, Harsono Budi Santoso.
Harsono stated that Pertamina Delivery Service Motorists are available on toll roads and tourist routes.
"This ensures that travelers stuck in traffic can place orders via the Pertamina Call Center 135, allowing us to deliver fuel to consumers more efficiently," Harsono explained.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the Pertamina Ramadan-Eid al-Fitr Task Force plays a crucial role in supporting the government’s goal of ensuring a smooth homecoming season while maintaining national energy resilience.
"At the peak of the 2025 Lebaran homecoming season, Pertamina has optimized all energy distribution facilities and enhanced the performance of service personnel to ensure that the Idulfitri period runs smoothly and pleasantly," he explained.
In the western part of Java, Fadjar added, Pertamina has prepared 224 petrol stations operating 24 hours, 17 modular petrol stations, and 65 mobile fuel stations. Additionally, 65 Motorists are on standby to deliver fuel to travelers on toll roads and tourist routes.
Pertamina has also set up nine MyPertamina lounges and mini MyPertamina lounges in rest areas along toll roads and major homecoming routes.
Furthermore, Pertamina has anticipated congestion points and tourist routes in West Java, such as Anyer and Carita, Puncak Bogor, Lembang, Ciwidey, Pangandaran Beach, Pelabuhan Ratu, and Ancol.
The readiness of petrol station personnel was appreciated by a traveler from Jakarta, Ikrar Rama, who commended the quick response of the operators in managing fuel refueling queues.
"The response was fast. Even though there were queues due to the homecoming season, their efficiency deserves recognition," he stated at Pertamina Rest Area KM 207A petrol station.
Pertamina, as a leading company in the energy transition, is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target by continuously promoting programs that directly impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievement.
