Jakarta, March 4, 2025 – 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero) will reduce Avtur prices at 37 airport locations to support the Government's airfare price adjustment during the Ramadan-Eid al-Fitr 1446 H period.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of 黑料不打烊 Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that Pertamina's step to adjust Avtur prices will be implemented at various airports managed by Angkasa Pura. According to Fadjar, this initiative reflects the synergy among state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to facilitate seamless air travel for people who wish to travel during this year's Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr holidays.
"As a state-owned enterprise, Pertamina will always be present to serve the public and ensure that energy, including Avtur for Eid homecoming flights, remains available and runs smoothly," said Fadjar.
This Avtur price reduction policy, Fadjar continued, will be effective from March 18 to April 15, 2025. The price evaluation will consider oil price volatility and current market conditions throughout March-April.
"The price is set while ensuring business sustainability and support for the national aviation industry," he added.
The price reduction at several locations, Fadjar explained, is determined based on the significant increase in Avtur demand at 37 airports. Furthermore, Fadjar expressed hope that this step would significantly contribute to the domestic airfare adjustment policy implementation during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, as expected by the Government.
"We hope this initiative can positively impact the stability of domestic airfare prices and support national airlines in providing competitive services for the public," concluded Fadjar.
Pertamina, as a leading company in the energy transition, is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target by continuously promoting programs that directly impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievement.
